Discovering how to be a champion of board effectiveness
The current board space is in a constant state of change. Knowing what to expect and what signs to know and recognize. As an aspiring director, it can be challenging to gain this knowledge without any prior assistance.
To help equip us with the tools to be an effective board director is Martha Josephson. Martha is the founder and leader of the global Digital segment of Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Communications Practice. She advises digital media companies in Silicon Valley and has deep experience recruiting talent to develop the digital capabilities of consumer companies. She conducts both senior management and board director searches and provides board effectiveness consulting.
In today’s episode, we discuss the importance of talent recruitment specifically in board director search and how to optimize that process. Similarly, we discuss the importance of board effectiveness.
We address these ideas, and many others on this episode of Boardroom Bound.
