Staying on top of trends in corporate governance

About this episode

The boardroom is constantly shifting and evolving to match the dynamic world we live in. It can be hard to keep up with current trends in the boardroom and what leaders in the space are advocating for. To help us keep up with the ever-changing board space we welcome Peter Crow to the Boardroom Bound podcast.

Peter is a company director and an international advisor on corporate governance, board effectiveness and strategy. He has served on the boards of private and high-growth companies, family firms and social enterprises; advised boards, institutions and governments; led director education courses; and spoken and written on a wide range of topics. His contributions have proved beneficial to the prosperity of enterprises around the world.

Peter has a PhD in corporate governance and strategy. He is also a chartered member of the Institute of Directors, and a member of both the International Corporate Governance Network and the Global Peter Drucker Society.

In today’s episode, Peter pulls from his years of experience in corporate governance and strategy, leveraging the lessons he’s learned throughout his extensive career in the boardroom. I’m so excited for this episode of Boardroom Bound.
