Dorlisa is a corporate director and strategic advisor. She currently serves on three corporate boards — two for public retailers (Hibbett Sports, Sally Beauty Holdings), private food warehousing/ logistics company owned by diversified U.K. conglomerate — and also advises a large private grocer (Southeastern Grocers). Before embarking on her board journey, Dorlisa divided her 30-year career almost equally between consulting at McKinsey & Company and a series of C-suite operating roles in retail (dollar, department store, grocery).
