Melanie is a global retail leader and independent board director, currently serving on the board of US Ecology Inc. (NASDAQ). She is a world-renowned expert in all aspects of risk and ESG, with a 25-year history that includes service on multiple boards, global C-Suite leadership roles, Big 4 advisory, and international/multilateral law and policy.
In addition to her board and governance work, Melanie is a member of the NACD Advisory Council on Risk Oversight, Faculty of World50, and guest lecturer at Fordham Law School. Previously, Melanie spent the past decade serving as Chief Risk Officer for PVH Corp. (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein) based in NY, where she led the global risk, internal audit, crisis management, cybersecurity, and ESG-related functions. Melanie holds a LLM (U of London, UK) and an LLB (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School (Toronto).
