Will is a member of the Board of Directors of ArQule, Inc., a Boston-area biotechnology company focused on cancer drug discovery and development. He chairs the Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. He is also the executive editor of the Theology of Work Project, Inc., which conducts research on the intersection of faith and spirituality with the core activities of the business enterprise. He formerly served at McKinsey, Goldman-Sachs, IBM and Advanced Metabolic Systems. He is an ordained minister in the Episcopal Church has has served in parish ministry in Boston area.
