He has 35+ years of Board, PE and operating experience across consumer products, marketing services, data & analytics, advertising/media, and new product innovation. Randall currently serves on the boards of SUZY, Catalina Marketing, Keen Decision Systems and Starlite Digital Media.

Prior to his board work, Randall held numerous Senior Executive roles at blue chip companies such as Procter & Gamble, American Express, Nielsen and UBS, as well as start-ups like Cardlytics. Randall is originally from Oak Ridge, Tennessee, home of the Manhattan Project, and has a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
